Cells: E. coli HMS 174 (DE3)
Culture:
There were 2 cultures:
Both grown in M9 minimal medium (20% glucose carbon source)
until ~0.6 abs (OD 600).

One culture grown using all 14N.
One culture grown using all 15N.

After quantifying protein concentration by BSA, samples were mixed, digested and processed.
