Cells: wild-type yeast BY4742

Experiment:  
	- grown in YPD to log-phase
	- cytosolic fraction separated on sucrose gradient

For the fractionation data, cellular lysate was separated in a 7 to 47% sucrose gradient and fractions monitored by UV for RNA content. We chose the fraction containing 80S ribosomes for 
further analysis.
